Purity Medical Products distributes medical supplies to prescribers within the United States and its territories. Purity Medical Products is independently owned and operated. 

Orders are shipped Net 10 due from receipt of merchandise.
Net 30 terms is available upon approved credit. 
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards.

Ordering Information:
We accept orders via: fax, phone, USPS or email. Prices are subject to change without notice. When a product requires a permit to purchase, a faxed photocopy of the prescribers’ medical license is requested.

UPS air/ground services are used unless otherwise specified.

Order Inquires:
Reference the account phone number and order number when inquiring on an order. Please allow 60-minutes during business hours for information gathering and information return.

No returns are accepted after 30 days.
All returns must have prior authorization (RA#).
Opened merchandise will not be accepted.
